Being an Automotive Customer Representative Agent:
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you ll be taking calls from customers of a leading American online used car retailer. You ll be the customers first line of contact, answering questions, triaging issues, and acting as a customer advocate within the scope of company policies and procedures.
If you re a skilled customer service representative, good communicator, detail-oriented, able to de-escalate challenging situations, and interested in working from home, this may be a great opportunity for you.
This remote, flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $10.50/hour.

Hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday. You ll have the flexibility to set your schedule within those hours of operation.
