Lane is building a dedicated custom development team and we need a talented product manager to understand, define, and build the solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team in building high-complexity projects that extend Lane’s capabilities.
Who you are:
- Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience as a: Product manager on a professional services team... and/or: at an agency as a technical product manager, and/or: in a technical role at an agency or professional services team
- You are technical and can quickly learn new products and technologies
- You have worked on APIs and managed integration projects
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges
We're counting on you to:
- Work with our customers to understand how Lane can be extended to solve their specific problems
- Work with our internal teams to build a process of defining and building custom development projects
- Work with our core product team to prioritize core features needed to deliver on a project
- Work with the customer-facing teams (sales, account management and customer success) to understand the problem and what needs to be done.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a successful launch of new customers
- Develop a foundational knowledge of Lane’s technology, product, API, and integrations
