Position Summary

As a Customer Marketing team member your mission is to build a community of customer brand advocates. Through your work, you build meaningful relationships directly with clients, inspiring them to be a part of League’s success through co-marketing opportunities, including speaking at conferences, providing referrals, testimonials, references, etc. In this role, you’ll also partner with our customer success team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and to increase loyalty and retention. You’re a visionary leader who thinks of new and innovative ways to engage our clients and to enable them and our sales and client teams to tell their stories internally and externally.

What You Will Do

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build rapport with customers in order to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, internal and external conferences, etc.
  • Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
  • Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers
  • Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team
  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement

About You

  • BA, MBA or equivalent
  • Can manage multiple projects/demands with competing priorities/deadlines
  • Clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas to present information in a straightforward and logical way
  • Can identify problems or gaps proactively and address them with lucrative solutions
