- *As the Senior Technical Recruiter you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and focus on:**
- Candidate Management
- ... Maintain technical candidate pipeline for open and closed requirements
- Source and send messages to potential candidates for assigned requirements.
- Remain organized and prioritize competing requirements.
- Conduct candidate roundtable sessions with interviewers.
- Hiring Manager Partnerships
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Department heads to understand needs of team.
- Manage expectations with hiring managers and provide insight into current status of open requirements
- Work with hiring team to ensure cohesive interview process.
- Conduct interview training for technical department managers
- Reporting
- Provide weekly status updates with assigned requisitions.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
- Present to Sr. leadership results and drive solutions to problems, etc.
- *Ideal background and expertise:**
- 5+ years recruiting experience with minimum 3 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of the Earnest technology (we're a JavaScript/Scala house) and a confidence to speak "tech talk"
- Professional experience in an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus) with a commitment to maintaining processes to improve efficiency.
