Bloom talent is partnering with a mission-driven health tech company looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is rapidly expanding and a collaborative team passionate about making an impact in the lives of patients. You will need to be a responsive and reliable gatekeeper, with your key goal being to keep the executives organized, prepared, and focused. This is a 100% remote position, open to both PT and ET timezone.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage a busy calendar - scheduling, knowing what to prioritize, monitoring key meetings for changes, adjusting logistics as needed, acting as a gatekeeper for inbound meeting requests - anything and everything to ensure that the executives' time is being optimally leveraged.
  • Coordinate travel and detailed itineraries to make certain business trips are smooth and hassle-free.
  • Assist executives with task management by... taking proactive steps to help them prioritize and execute.
  • Prepare executives' for upcoming tasks and meetings, anticipating what needs to be done and making it happen with little guidance.
  • Oversee ad hoc special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience supporting a c-level executive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • A high sense of urgency - being decisive, responsive, and taking action fast.
  • Aptitude for multitasking with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
