Training Coordinator
Overview:
Today at Weedmaps, we are growing our teams rapidly and adding new products which requires greater amounts of skill and knowledge. We have built a strong foundation for sales and customer success training and are looking to expand that to our expanding customer support team. We are looking for team members who will roll up their sleeves to coordinate, support, build, and facilitate training.
The impact you'll make:
Manage Revenue & Support teams training and certification schedule, track and report on training outcomes and certification program, maintain training metrics/records for the company to track effectiveness
Design, develop, and execute a variety of training materials in partnership with Head of Training and management in areas of expertise. Examples would include: Customer Operations experienced rep training and new hire onboarding (Customer Operations, Sales and Customer Success)
Support + Manage Learning Management System (LMS) repository of... on-demand learning modules and assets:
uploading and maintaining up-to-date content
tracking user engagement
certification progress
content effectiveness
reporting insights to leadership.

Support + Manage Revenue Team Playbooks (a useful tool for all training materials, collateral, and knowledge to live)
uploading and maintaining up-to-date content within the Revenue & Support Department and in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Produce timely and accurate announcements, communications, and reports to leadership and employees of scheduled training and report on progress/engagement.
Plan and facilitate logistics for various training efforts across the Revenue & Support organization with a focus on creating engaging and collaborative experiences.
Administrative support including but not limited to – agenda development, calendar and invite management, managing user permissions etc.
Potential to expand support of training efforts beyond Revenue & Support organization into other departments (e.g., Marketing)
What you've accomplished:
Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning; embrace change and innovative thinking, while being thoughtful about learner needs and workplace realities; and committed to own professional growth.
Strong interest in the field of education, learning and development, as measured by education and/or experience in academic or corporate education environments. Ideal would be a candidate who has a desire to pursue a career in Training/Learning & Development.
2-3 years in a professional training environment, ideally from a Training/Learning and Development department, Sales Enablement, People Development, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to use technology for project and program administration.
Ability to work in a decentralized team environment remotely.
Well-organized, extremely detail oriented and self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammatical, proofreading and editing abilities.
Creative eye: strong graphic design principles and experience translating ideas into visual graphics
Strong computer literacy (word processing, graphics and presentations)
Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) – Advanced skill
Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information
Reliable, dependable and punctual
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
