Kenzie Academy is looking for a proven leader to join our fast-growing, Indianapolis-based startup that's reimagining education. You will work with the marketing and admissions team to recruit students for the Kenzie technical training program, and manage applicants through the recruiting funnel.

About Kenzie Academy: Kenzie Academy, a tech apprenticeship program that develops modern tech workers, reimagines higher education, combining training in the latest tech skills, real-world work experience, and mentorship from industry experts.
We're looking for tenacious closers with multiple years of selling experience who will work with our prospective professionals to ensure strong enrollments in our flagship courses. Your role will be to educate, inspire, and skillfully guide potential students through the application and enrollment process. Success in this role involves consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all in a customer-focused environment.
