Graphic Designer

We specialize in creating innovative formulas that help people slow time and take care of their bodies. We like to make people feel like they're on island time, anytime - and we need a cool Graphic Designer like you to help.

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will a key role in our small-but-mighty marketing team. You will design and deliver mobile-first, responsive designs and ensure products, packaging, imagery, social, communications, video and marketing assets are bright, fun, on-brand, and unique.

• Ensuring the established Tropic Labs look-and-feel is successfully implemented across all digital, social, motion & print collateral.
• Creating engaging EDMs and designing relevant, fun and unique content to be published on social media and digital channels (paid and organic).
• Solving... designing and executing creative solutions, translating complex concepts and ideas into visual representations, including mock-ups and detailed designs.
• Assist with the roll-out of our new brand identity across all mediums working across design, layout, finished art, promotions, campaign creative, catalogues, e-commerce, digital design, UI/UX and social media.
• Ensuring all content meets the brief, is innovative, on-brand visually and embodies the brand's style and personality.

A little about you

You have a Tertiary education with formal design qualifications and 2+ years of relevant experience, beauty industry is a plus.

You have experience in the design and creation of graphical artwork and layouts for a variety of visual assets including:

• packaging and promotional
• social media and website graphics and animations
• web graphics & banners
• GIFs
• print-ready files

You have experience in multiple creative mediums including digital design, copy, marketing, copywriting, photography, etc.

You expertly wield the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

Most importantly:

• You have the ability to self-manage time and work collaboratively across time zones
• You can work closely with a small, tight-knit all-female team
