What you'll do: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand how they use our software, what is missing, and how we can improve it.
Apply modern design principles to the features and experiences we build.
Lead design reviews and set the design direction for the product(s) you work on.
Translate requirements, learnings, and context into designs that meet client needs.
Work with Product & Engineering during the product development lifecycle.
Re-image current product designs to improve the adoption and usage of our platform.
Challenge convention, embrace ethnography, and design for... utility.

Job Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Design, Technology, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experienceExperience working with data visualization platforms, tools, or methods3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI designer, or functional design role.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum framework and/or experience working with Product Owners/Managers and engineering.
Define, scope, and articulate modern design methods during the development process.
Ignore the competition and chart a course that is unique to our clients.
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skillsExperience with design systems, libraries, and toolsWork cross-functionally and translate findings into end-to-end user experiences.
Craft stories for roadmaps, features, and experiments.
Work with little direction or concepts/ideas that are vague.
