- Key Responsibilities* Responsible for the areas that maintain technical infrastructure for national, regional, and global services applications/systems. Helps mitigate client's risk by approving and enforcing client's best practices. Manages a large portfolio of different systems and technologies.
Collaborates with colleagues toward decision making on initiatives which have mid and long-term impact on client initiatives. Collaborates with client and vendors to assure minimal impact of regular maintenance activities needed to assure the availability of stable and secure infrastructure services. Define project scope and schedule... while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects Work with the development team and product owner to set realistic expectations for deliverables Responsible for tracking and keeping finances and budget for the projects Assisting with the handoff of new software updates to support groups Assisting with creating communications regarding software updates Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, testing and production environments.

Contributes to execution plans and executes technical infrastructure projects to upgrade or refresh supported systems Understands LAN/WAN technologies and connectivity Familiarity with virtualization, replication and storage concepts Process-oriented and familiarity with project planning and execution phases Resourcing and coordinating the work of other contractors and teams Ability to identify and resolve issues, risks and mitigation Understands business terminology and ability to translate it into IT requirement RCDD or comparable field experience Pay range is $75-80,000.
