Our client, a leading Brokerage company is hiring a RPA (UI PATH) Developer on a Contract to Hire basis.

Summary:

The Security Testing Assessment and Risk team has an exciting opportunity and is looking for a talented, enthusiastic team member to join us in our business transformation journey. The Automation Analyst will play a key role in identifying and implementing automation opportunities with primarily Robotic Process Automation tools. In this role responsibilities will include developing the business case with the stakeholders, documenting the as-is, process, designing, and programing the automation via the Software Development Life Cycle standards.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with end users identify automation opportunities
  • Identify and document data inputs and output
  • Assist stakeholders in defining and documenting requirements and supporting processes to ensure successful delivery of automations
  • Develop RPA BOTs to transform... and automate the business processes
  • Design, test, and deploy RPA BOTs
  • Follow the company’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies
  • Create a Software and Process Design Documents
  • Project management the development using tools such as JIRA

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of RPA development experience
  • Strong programming skills in VB.Net or C# and SQL skills
  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework
  • At least 3 years of experience of working with various data structure types such as collections and data tables
  • 2 years of software development experience following a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model
  • At least 3 years of experience working with infrastructure teams and engineers
  • Certified as an UiPath developer

Preferred:

  • Experience with risk assessment
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and concepts
  • Adaptable to learning new technologies and working in a challenging environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with limited direction where the individual actively defines process improvements, champions, and drives change while balancing multiple and competing priorities
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management experience
