Senior Python Engineer

A well funded startup located right in the Loop (but okay with remote) is looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to join them in helping lead a small team and continue to build out their analytics application. You’ll join a smart team of developers and will be hands on building this platform front to back. The environment is collaborative but the ideal candidate will be able to work by themselves and will not have to rely on anyone else.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of designing scalable web-based python code
• You love Flask but you're not opposed to Django or Async.io
• Front-end experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
• API development experience
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working in an agile management environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
