WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work as part of the design team in the creation of concepts, site... maps, flows, navigation strategies and prototypes storyboards, data visualizations, etc
- Be hands-on with the end-to-end product design from user research, experience design and user interface design
- Build and manage design systems across projects and workflows
- Contribute to experience design and delivery through collaboration on research and usability testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional design teams on process, interaction design and flows
- Present design work to internal team as well as clients
- Organize work with other experience designers as appropriate and provide mentorship
- Bring a fresh perspective that you’ll share through participation in global design community discussions and events
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in experience design (UX, UI and/or Product Design)
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and tell stories both internally and to clients
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications and websites
- High-level knowledge of visual design and front-end development
- Ability to conduct user research and testing activities and deliverables
- Excellent ability to explain complex design decisions to the team as well as stakeholders
- Strong understanding of interaction, responsive and service design, and usability best practices
- Strong ability to lead experience design activities within both agile and waterfall environments
- Ability to accurately estimate and delegate work so that it is delivered on time and on budget
- An understanding of relevant technologies for desktop and mobile as well as an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and chatbots, AR/VR and IoT
