This position will be responsible for overseeing three designers on the team. This person will own very large pursuits of their own - crafting unique designs for clients at the point of sale. Working directly with leadership and client solutions teams, this position will also coordinate with functional experts in technology, marketing, and other advisory services in preparation of complex client proposals and presentation submissions. Must have an in-depth knowledge of graphic-design software and techniques, web-based design tools and an extreme eye for coordinating fonts, colors and layouts for all deliverables produced by the team. This high-visibility position calls for a confident design professional with excellent leadership, strategic-thinking, management, creative, analytical, and collaboration skills. The preferred candidate is self-directed and will have experience in a deadline driven environment.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead designers on the Occupier Business Development team overseeing final design deliverablesWork alongside Marketing Director for pursuit resourcing, overall coordination of design deliverables, final proofs and look and feel of all team materialsResponsible for design oversight - ensuring security and integrity of all documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all inputs, schedules, activities with cross functional business areas, and directing submission of the final deliverableCreate and own proposal and presentation design, interactive marketing and pitch materials for new business development and client-specific pursuitsCoordinate with graphic design team in developing unique design approachesOrganize and manage team meetings interfacing with leadership and sales professionals, managing the entire process, design team, deliverables, and deadlines.Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for mostly web and some printApply professional graphic design principles to the creation of materials, documents, websites, and other graphic products.Collaborate with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design and appropriate delivery methodCreate original designs using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Comfortable using all Microsoft products as wellCreate websites and videos using web-design softwareManage larger and more complex design projects to produce a finished product. The minimum salary for the Sr. Graphic Designer position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Graphic Designer position is $80,000 annually.
