Inmar Intelligence is developing a new, driven, and fast-paced product team in our fintech division to build cutting-edge technology platform products. As a product ux designer, you will be responsible for creating customer centered designs to facilitate and enhance the user experience of how the platform products look and feel. You will need to understand user behaviors and emotional needs with the ultimate goal of creating a user friendly experience that is both effective, engaging, and enjoyable. You will be working closely with the engineers and the product manager in delivering best-in-class applications and designs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create user centered designs by understanding the voice of customer, business requirements, user workflows and customer feedback
- Conduct testing of product with actual users and customers and refine the design
- Develop wireframes and clickable prototypes for customer needs with product manager
- Design user interaction and... experiences that are visually appealing, easy to use and accommodate assistive needs
- Develop visual designs that support web, mobile, desktop, and other platforms
- Find creative ways to solve complex UX problems
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes with developers
- Gather data on competitive solutions that operate in the same marketspace
- Participate in other related project work

Desired Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in design, computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years related work experience
- Proven experience as UX/UI Designer
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS: JavaScript is a plus
- Experienced with visual design programs
- Familiar with interaction design, and information architecture
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently with little direction
- Knowledge and interest into current and future UX trends in design strategies and technology
