The sustainability intern will be responsible for supporting activities aligned with Xerox's carbon neutrality goal. This role involves interfacing with various internal organizations to mitigate corporate risks associated with climate change and to contribute to Xerox's comprehensive climate change strategy.

Xerox Sales, Marketing and Customers:

• Estimate the sustainability benefits of Xerox products and solutions including carbon footprint and energy use.
• Assist with preparing presentations to communicate the sustainability benefits of Xerox products and solutions at Executive Customer Engagements and other customer-facing forums.
• Assist with preparing responses to customer and stakeholder sustainability inquiries.

Global Operations:

• Support the collection, compilation, and analysis of global greenhouse gas emissions and energy associated with Xerox facilities and machines in the field.
• Populate databases in support of corporate sustainability rating scheme response.
• Benchmark best-in-class methods and make recommendations to enhance data collection and reporting methods

Qualifications:

• BS degree in a technical discipline.
• MS degree, or currently enrolled in an MS program, in Environmental Sustainability or associated field.
• Previous experience or project work, including data collection and reporting, related to environmental or sustainability topics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research, analyze and synthesize data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and can interact within all levels of the organization.
• Well versed in Circular Economy concepts and initiatives.
• Detailed knowledge of challenges surrounding climate change, energy, greenhouse gas emissions, and sustainability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
