Lead Platform Engineer / Azure

We are partnered with one of the largest SaaS companies in the world that works with enterprise telecommunication companies to drive sales and reduce costs in the space. They are ramping up their North American division and looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to lead their cloud migration project.

As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for migrating and automating applications into their Azure cloud environment. You should have experience leading/mentoring junior engineers and working in large enterprise settings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Experience migrating highly scalable applications into Azure, or another public cloud environment
• Experience leading/managing junior engineers
• Strong automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Cloudformation
• Experience maintain Kubernetes clusters

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related STEM major
• Experience... working in the telecommunication space is an added plus

The Offer

• Competitive Pay: Up to $65/hour, DOE
• Contract Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire
