The National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL), a fast-growing provider of acquisition services to the US Department of Defense, is looking for an experienced IT/Website/Compliance Manager to join our team.
NSTXL is a revolutionary platform providing end-to-end acquisition services to support the government. Traditional consortia administer RFPs, but we do much more to guarantee success and reduce our client’s risk. We deliver program management, human design thinking, finance and acquisition strategy services that deliver the right solution to the soldier — all for the same fee as our competitors. Our ultimate metric for success is getting the right tools and tech to the Warfighter at the speed of mission.
Key Responsibilities
Website:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the company WordPress multi-site
- Identify and respond to all website security breaches
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
- Improve the User... Experience of the website regularly
- Collaborate with team to ensure website aligns with brand and meets standards
IT:
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Document technical knowledge
Compliance:
- Oversight of NIST and CMMC compliance standards
- Develop various policy documents as required
- Manage the security oversight and assessment of information systems assets and the protection of systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
Additional Tasks:
- Manage and update our VPN to keep workforce secure
- Manage and deploy our in-house VDI to users
- Remote position available in these states: AL, DC, NC, OH, TN, TX, VA
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering or related field
- Expert knowledge in building and maintaining websites in WordPress
- 5 years’ experience in web development
- Highly proficient in WordPress, CSS, HTML, XHTML
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Azure, EndPoint
- Strong understanding of NIST and CMMC compliance
- Knowledgeable of security architecture, cloud security, risk assessments, security engineering, and managed services
- Ability to obtain an Active Security Clearance
