As the Director of International Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a team of regional marketers who lead the strategy and integrated marketing planning for our international audience across all marketing and PR functions, from demand generation and content development to partner marketing and agency... management.

This role supports the development and operationalization of regional marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, adoption, and growth in existing and new markets in Europe, APAC, and LatAm.

The ideal candidate will have experience effectively collaborating with various teams to jointly develop go-to-market (GTM) and promotion plans, manage priorities, and execute on the plan.

This individual serves as a primary leadership interface across locally- and regionally-based marketing, sales, and business development.

You will:

Drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing goals, strategies, and tactics for defined international markets

Interface and collaborate with sales, support, business development, and marketing teams to ensure regional marketing programs are in line with key KPIs and market strategies

Oversee team's execution of marketing programs, constantly ensuring alignment with overall goals, brand, and positioning

Work closely with product marketing to understand product positioning, value proposition, and key audiences

Research, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets in Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

Serve as marketing liaison to key leaders and provides guidance on alignment of specific business goals to ensure integration of marketing and business activities in support of achieving goals

Drive scalable frameworks across the regions, helping the team grow quickly and work more efficiently

Manage, coach, and develop a team of marketers to achieve high-performance and high-quality deliverables

Track, measure, and report against key marketing KPIs

Your team will:

The LiveRamp marketing team is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that synthesize the business goals of our product and sales teams into marketing campaigns.

Our regional marketers play a significant role in establishing LiveRamp's presence, building pipeline, and driving adoption into new and existing markets.

About you:

Proven B2B/SaaS marketing leader with 10+ years of hands-on marketing, PR, or communications experience in fast-growth organizations

5+ years managing a team with the ability to coach and develop a team and grow its impact

BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study

Experience with international market expansion, especially in Latin America or Asia

Broad marketing expertise with demonstrated ability to support large, international, cross-functional teams and drive initiatives at both a strategic planning and tactical executional level

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Executive presence as well as strong leadership skills to influence across organizational lines

Outcome oriented with a can-do spirit that loves to exceed expectations, meet deadlines, and overcome obstacles

Highly-collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment

Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)

Bonus Points:

Experience in the adtech and martech or marketing data and analytics industries

Understanding of media market, specifically trade and business publications that cover enterprise tech and adtech

Product savvy with the ability to grasp technical concepts and complex solutions

B2B campaign management experience

Experience with Salesforce and Marketo

Product marketing experience
