The Web & Mobile Marketing Analyst will apply modern marketing best practices to drive measurable improvements in visitor experience on Consumer Business-owned website properties.
This individual will collaborate with marketing communications, agencies, IT, and other GMC team members to achieve integrated marketing objectives. Position Duties:
Identify opportunities for site content and UX optimizations, obtain buy-in from marketing stakeholders, manage improvements to completion, then report on results and ongoing site performance.
Consult on the web component of marketing campaigns and new product launches to maximize engagement with mobile, desktop, & voice consumers
Act as Consumer Business Group point of contact for corporate projects to make updates to Client global web platform
Collaborate with global counterparts to drive global branded website consistency Basic Qualifications:
Four (4) years experience in digital marketing in a private, public... government or military environment
Subject matter expertise in modern website best practices and a passion for creating good user experiences.
Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc., Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting experiments with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target, Optimize, etc.
Experience mining insights with digital customer feedback tools like Medallia, Foresee, etc.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 web accessibility best practices
ECommerce / Omnichannel experience for creating web experiences that convert to sales
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

Presentation and influencing skills for championing UX improvements with various teams
Strong project management / organizational skills - ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects across multiple brands
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, but also as a part of a larger team with subject matter expertise in various marketing strategies and tactics
