TransPerfect is looking for a freelance Local Resourcing Specialist in San Francisco Bay Area to assist with referring participants for onsite paid study/experience.
We are expecting the project to last approx. 12 weeks (it may be extended) where the required availability at the initial phase is 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday). According to how the project will progress, the workload may decrease/increase.
Candidate will have to communicate with dozens of participants online and face to face and help them to apply for the project participation as well as communicate with the internal team.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to engage with people
Creative and out of the box thinking
Recruiting and/ or B2C/ D2D sales experience (recruitment agency, sales or call center experience preferred)
Excellent knowledge of local job market and extensive network of contacts in the location
Possess a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a... fast-paced environment
Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Devises sourcing strategies to attract top talent: Creating job postings, contacting universities, determining advertising and posting resources
Develops relationships with universities: Partner with career services to coordinate interviews, attend career fairs and presentations
Available to work full-time
