Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced designer to join our busy in-house creative team. This position reports to the Graphics Manager and will work closely with the Marketing team to produce creative, effective marketing materials - including direct mail, website design, HTML email, social media and web graphics, magazine ads, product covers and more.

Responsibilities:
Designs marketing materials to project specs, including direct mail, website design, HTML email, social media and web graphics, magazine ads, product covers and more
Brand Ambassador - creates and maintains consistent brand identities for numerous products or conferences
Takes ownership of design tasks - taking projects from concept through final production while meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Uses a project management system, Wrike, to ensure all assigned deliverables are completed on time, coordinating... with various internal departments
Works with Graphic and Marketing Managers to understand project objectives and target markets - communicates clearly within project teams
Follows department procedures for file set up and storage, review/approval processes
Keeps up with design trends and advances in Adobe software
Actively contributes to a collaborative and creative culture - works with a team of designers sharing project ideas, design trends, tips and tricks
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
2 - 4 years experience preferably in an agency or marketing communications environment with production-oriented work experience
Proficient skill level in (PC) Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge of pre-press file set up
Web experience (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
Self-motivated, flexible, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
Possess outstanding attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
Eagerness to learn, be creative and work in a team environment
Can work a hybrid remote schedule, which includes 3 days in our PBG, FL office.
Experience in java script a plus
Experience with Hubspot a plus
Knowledge of typography, page layout and design principals, fundamentals of marketing and a sharp eye for detail
Knowledge of print production a plus
