The iFIT Experience Design Team is growing.
We're looking for a talented Production Graphic Designer to join us as we build products and experiences that empower our broad and diverse user base worldwide.
We're looking for someone who has an obsessive attention to detail and creative and technical skills.
They must be able to work quickly but also remain highly detail-oriented.
An iFIT Production Designer is the creative professional responsible for executing a design concept.
You are a doer who runs with a design vision and ensure all creative deliverables are produced on time.
This role is less involved with the brainstorming and conceptualization of a design project.
The Production Designer executes ideas but is not responsible for weighing in on whether this message speaks to a specific audience or creates compelling imagery.
This role will take the concept provided and make it work for the various formats it will be displayed in; the most common would be digital... ads, but not limited to that.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, designers, and advertising managers
Execute stunning visual assets based on a creative direction provided
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for digital ads and potentially several types of printing.
Prepare images for online and mobile applications
Take course correction in stride
Iterate designs until finalization
Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are completed on time
Troubleshoot problems as they arise with the creative team, advertising team, and media partners
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication
1-2+ years of experience as a graphic design or production artist
Expert skills in the Adobe Suite
Experience with static ads is a must
Experience with animated digital ads is a bonus
Strong layout skills, organizational abilities, and excellent file-categorizing prowess to ensure the artwork is production-ready and projects completed on time.
Keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and timeline skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Fitness experience or active lifestyle a plus
Ability to work flexible and extended hours to complete projects
Flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to handle project-based criticism
Keeps up with industry trends (fitness and design)
Sophisticated design and typographic sensibilities
A strong foundation in visual design methods
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and contribute to a fun team atmosphere
Excellent time management and task planning abilities
Task driven, self-motivated, and proactive personality
Participation in various weekly marketing and company-wide meetings
