SEO & Digital Advertising Specialist (SEO/Search/Display/Email)
Our growing team is seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to fill the role of SEO & Digital Advertising Specialist. Our widely published company is headquartered in a state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility in LA, where we specialize in manufacturing architectural systems. Our talented team consists of designers, engineers, architects and software developers with a vast and exciting knowledge base.
Filling the role of our in-house digital ad manager and SEO expert, you will be responsible for SEO/SEM optimizations to Arktura sites, and implementation of paid search and display advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. You will work with our Marketing and Brand Managers and Graphics team to develop new exciting targeting strategies, and implement and track new ad types, assuring integration into Hubspot for ROI and... attribution tracking, and lead nurturing, through automated email marketing and ad retargeting.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and manage campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, as well as email campaigns in Hubspot
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics, tracking campaign budgets and monitoring campaign KPI's to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and recommend in-campaign optimizations on a continuous basis.
- Perform pre and post campaign analysis and research on audience sizes, affinity groups, and advertising tactics, to better understand our market segments and recommend best ways to better target them to maximize ad spend ROI.
- Integrate all paid campaigns into Hubspot to enable granular engagement and ROI tracking and retargeting/remarketing, via email drip campaigns and ads, and ensure campaigns are being tracked properly for accurate reporting.
- Investigate new and emerging ad types and advertising strategies and analyze their fit and feasibility for the business, and keep Arktura on the bleeding edge of digital marketing strategies.
- Perform keyword analysis to inform ad campaigns, and work with internal teams in the development of SEO content + optimizations for Arktura properties, targeting key segments to advance sales goals.
- A/B testing of various aspects of ads and digital touchpoints including graphics, content, captions, video, formats, etc. to find ways to improve KPIs for lead generation, engagement, and ultimate sales.
- Provide monthly reporting on campaigns and site traffic to track ROI and provide actionable insights for the team.
Requirements
- BA/BS in marketing, promotions, or business administration preferred.
- 5+ years experience in digital campaign management and SEO, including in-depth knowledge of metrics, KPI/s, ad-setup, and audience targeting.
- At least 2+ years in each of Google Search and Display Advertising, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, & Email Marketing
- Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certification preferred.
- 3+ years experience in Hubspot or similar tool for drip campaigns and marketing automations required – Hubspot highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale ad, email, and social marketing programs that engage, inform and motivate.
- Portfolios encouraged, in the form of a short presentation of some of the ad accounts you have recently or are currently managing. This can include Google Ads, social ads (Facebook/Instagram), and marketing automation campaigns (emails, landing pages, preferably with Hubspot).
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, and Google Analytics) and a track record of using them to extract actionable insights.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (Wordpress, Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Innovative, passionate and a person who loves to be “in the weeds” with data
- Strong written and oral communication in English with a proven ability to compose effective ad copy.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and a strong eye for design and typography that effectively communicates and elicits engagement – while we have a graphics team to provide support this role a proven ability to execute independently is a huge plus!
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment – agency experience a plus!
- Must be a highly collaborative self-starter with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
