The SEO Manager will support the continued success of our digital marketing team. As SEO Manager, you will work with our Content team to develop and execute acquisition-focused... organic search strategies across all CURO brands. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in the industry, sharing relevant knowledge with the broader team and making strategic recommendations.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for Search Engine Optimization across all brands; achieving target rankings and new account goals; and keeping abreast of algorithm updates and best practices, their impact and proposing strategies to maintain KPIs through these updates.
• Take a hands-on approach with content generation; coaching copywriters on SEO best practices, and ensuring all concepts are in-line with brand direction and follow legal & compliance guidelines for the applicable market.
• Oversee the strategy, development, posting schedules and maintenance of social media profiles and local listings.
• Monitor online brand reputation and online customer reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation for each brand; collaborating with other Teams to increase number and quality of reviews as necessary.
• Manage all SEO related budgets, forecasting monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing ongoing career development planning and opportunities.

What you should have:

• 5+ years' experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and/or revenue while managing and executing SEO strategies and tactics.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Extensive experience with keyword research, density analysis, reporting, and link building tools, as well as rank tacking platforms and various analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript and Site Markup (rich snippets, schema.org, etc.) with the ability to understand source code easily.
• Proficiency in modern web design principles, including User Experience (UX) and Conversion
• Optimization (CRO/CXO) best practices as it pertains to SEO.
• A creative, strategic, and collaborative mindset to produce innovative and out-of-the box SEO methods to impact overall website, marketing, and business strategies.
• Experience in the consumer lending industry is a plus.
