Women's Health direct-to-consumer startup Miracare.com is looking for Google Ads Manager.

You will be a part of the growing marketing team, get training from the best Silicon Valley marketers, and scale Google and other PPC campaigns internationally.

We’re looking for someone with experience running... large acquisition budgets over $100K/month through Google ads AND has stellar communication skills when it comes to engaging with remote teammates.

Responsibilities Manage the Google ads account and drive growth.

Maintain profitable ROAS while going through growth and fluctuations.

Manage search, video, native, display, dynamic, and shopping Google ads.

Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of Google ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.

Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future A/B tests.

Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the business' objectives.

Leveraging real-time data dashboards and reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance and creating a clear roadmap for the futureDevise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls.

Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.

Prepare reports and present results to the team and management.

Make data-driven decisions on where and how to improve.

Negotiate and talk with the Google rep to quickly troubleshoot and ask for resources.

Requirements 3+ years of PAID Google ADVERTISING experience2+ years of experience managing large acquisition budgets over $100K per monthAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Google GA certification a plus)Must be experienced about all kinds of Google ads (search, display, dynamic, and shopping ads)Must be able to react fast to market change and ads fluctuation situations to manage ROASStrong proactivity and always drive for growthStrong willingness to learn new ads strategies.
