Company Profile: The company is an early-stage startup, currently in stealth mode, that is focused on making it easier for humans to help each other one-on-one.
We have
(A) SAAS and
(B) public components.
The company is pre-revenue and ready for a technical leader to build out its detailed approach on finding help.
The company has already received strong corporate support for use cases as potential clients and is currently developing its MVP.All the UX for SAAS and public design has been completed, and a large part of the front-end code has been completed.
We need to focus on the back-end infrastructure and link it to the front end.
The goal would be to develop a PWA.
Our marketing and sales team are ready to sell the platform once built.
Position Overview: You will have the opportunity to build and lead a technical team that will transform the way we provide one-on-one human help Now.
At its core, the CTO... will develop platform architecture strategy, including functional, technical, integration, and deployment on a cloud-based solution.
We are not just looking for the technical qualifications, but the ability to hire and mentor a team.
Looking for: 5+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years in software design and architecture of scalable solutionsProgramming expertise in front-end, back-end, and API developmentUnderstanding customer experience technologiesExperience in integration, API design, and analyticsFamiliarity with enterprise messaging platforms and different ways to contact a diverse group of people on-demandSystems thinking and back-end design to accommodate various forms of communication (e.g., video, VoIP, chat)Agile thinking to embed feedback loop and evaluate new features added to the platformAbility to scope, budget and efficiently and effectively utilize available resourcesAbility to link to different motivation strategies into the platform and leverage AI to make the connection to find helpCommunication skills are vital.
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a gritty, tenacious CTO who wants to transform the way humans help each other.
Compensation:Equity on a vesting schedule and salary upon successful raise of capital.
The opportunity could be part-time before venture capital, but the CTO would need to participate in any pitches.
