Summary
GenoPalateĀ® is looking for highly talented individuals who enjoy working as a team to create world class solutions for customers in a very collaborative work environment. This position offers an intern the ability to be involved with a software startup and learn cutting edge data analysis skills.
Job Duties
- Complete entry and analysis for marketing, product, and research data metrics
- Develop tracking tools utilizing collected and computed data sets
- Assist customer service teams in assessing and solving technology pain points for end-users
- Assist with management of internal cloud solutions (Google Applications... etc.)
- Support the use and automation of Ecommerce and CRM platforms
- Analyze marketing tests to determine optimal messaging and segmentation
- Analyze research data to determine optimal user experiences
- Assist with the analysis, presentation, and optimization of funnel metrics
- Set-up and maintain GenoPalateĀ® hardware tools for teammates
- Support the IT team in various responsibilities, as required
Qualifications/Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an Associateās, or Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or Data Science
- Previous technical internship(s), if applicable
- Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
- Experience with data visualization/BI tools
- Experience in optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization
- Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Python or Java
- Python and SQL experience preferred
- Desire to be involved with a high growth startup software company
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Innate interest in learning about customer behavior through both numeric and qualitative data
- High sense of urgency and degree of initiative
