Remote Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator

Edovate Learning Corp. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is fully remote. Key responsibilities and their applications are described below. In all things, it is expected that the Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator will seek to 1) demonstrate a willingness to be a team player, considering the company's best interest in all work-related decisions, 2) maintain good working relationships with all employees, contractors and members of management and 3) exemplify Edovate's Core Values in all interactions with students, families, co-workers, vendors, etc. It is believed that these three key responsibilities will affect and inform decisions to be made in all other job areas. Job Responsibilities: Graphic Designer (75%)Designing website landing pages, emails, PDFs, and other promotional and informational materialsPlanning concepts by studying relevant brand and product information and... materialsIllustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting for approvalPreparing finished work by operating necessary equipment and softwareCoordinating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders as necessaryCommunicating with stakeholders about layout and designReviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements of existing materials when necessary Marketing Coordinator (25%)Project management for marketing initiativesCoordinating/Communicating with outside agencies including but not limited to digital media, social, print shops, PR, etc.Coordinating components of company trade showsAdministrative SupportAdditional marketing projects and tasks Job Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher in Graphic Design or related fieldOne or more year's experience working in Graphic Design or related fieldDemonstrable Graphic Design skills with strong portfolioProficiency in multiple design software/tools including Adobe Creative SuiteWillingness and ability to learn new software/tools as necessaryStrong eye for visual compositionAbility to give and receive constructive criticismUnderstanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia designProject management skills/experienceStrong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing, time management and follow-up skillsPunctual and detail orientedPositive, go-getter attitudeThe ability to motivate and get results through othersAbility to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from groups of internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent customer service focus and professionalism; results drivenAbility to work under pressure with time constraintsTo be considered for this position the candidate MUST reside in one of the following states:California Connecticut Indiana Iowa Louisiana Maryland Mississippi New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Ohio South Dakota South Carolina Texas Virginia West Virginia Florida Georgia MaineEdovate Learning Corp, the parent company of Curriculum Express, Elephango and Bridgeway Academy, is an educational support company that provides curriculum, companion lessons, instructor-led and live online learning and much more!
