As such, I built a business that makes it easy for our customers to schedule and pay for their cleaning service online.

ABOUT THE ROLEI am looking for a high-energy Sales Rep to help me meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies.
This role is responsible for converting at least 20% of small business leads to clients that we can provide recurring cleaning services for.
RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and... define target businesses our company can provide recurring cleaning services forTrack and manage new and existing leadsFollow up regularly with warm leads via phone call, text, or emailNurture business relationships and identify partnershipsIdentify services our company can provide to help gain new businessSet up communication automations as neededAim to bring in 2 new cleaning contracts per monthManage cleaning contracts with businessesCoordinate with Operations and HR to ensure we have the resources to fulfill cleaning contractsQUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FORComfortable with making phone calls (cold and warm)Prior experience in a Sales positionGreat at identifying decision-makers at companies that we can connect and do business withExperience with Trello, Asana, or similar CMSOpen to trying creative techniques to close the dealEffective communicator with solid listening skillsPays attention to details and can pinpoint what clients needFriendly and cheerful attitudeTakes initiativePeople-oriented and understands the psychology of buyingAbility to set targets and achieves them effectivelyFundamental understand of how a cleaning business operatesThe budget for this role is flexible.
