Web Designer

Paladin, has partnered with a software engineering firm in the Phoenix Metro area to recruit a Full-time Web Designer to join their team on either a contract to hire or a direct hire basis. You’ll be working on enterprise level projects for enterprise level clients that with a steady stream of projects; many are focused around ADA (Americas with Disabilities Act), UI & UX design enhancements. You will work with a small design team and be ready to collaborate and interact with clients and internally. Qualified candidates must be a web/digital designer, with exposure and interest to ADA, UI & UX designer.

Although this position is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates within the Phoenix, AZ market.

What you will do:

  • Full design through gathering requirements to final implementation
  • Provide UI/UX design and wireframes, this will highly be for websites and also mobile both IOS , Android and mobile optimization
  • Work closely with clients to design UI... that is best in class and exceeds expectations
  • Participate in client meetings and with development teams


  • 2+ years of experience in Web Design
  • At a minimum, have at least worked on an ADA concepts, preferably strong familiarity with ADA and worked on multiple projects
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and best in class web design concepts
  • Portfolio that includes web design and preferably some UI/UX
  • Full Adobe Suite including XD, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Ability to move quickly and mange multiple projects and manage deadlines
