Approved Senior Network Marketing is a digital marketing agency based out of St. Louis, MO.Our services are Website Development, Content, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Advanced Schema and Copywriting services.

Our core clients are home health care agencies, non-medical home care, assisted living, care homes, memory care, care management and senior placement specialists.

Our main activities are website development, content creation, content optimization, social media management, SEO strategies and CRM training.

We are looking for an SEO Assistant with WordPress Experience (Experience required meaning you successfully worked on a few sites minimum)Responsibilities: Your overall goal: Make sure our clients are happy and their websites/ SEO is successful.

Learn (we train) advanced schema techniques for client... websitesAssist with small edits and requests on WordPress websites.

Learn (we train) our proprietary CRM and its functionality.

Assist clients via zoom and support desk with CRM questionsKeyword analysis (we train)Set up project tracker (SEMRUSH)Set up Analytics (GA)Set keyword tracking (SEMRUSH)Set project planOther background: · You’ll spend a lot of time writing schema code.

· You’ll spend a lot of time using SEMRUSH· You'll spend a lot of time in our to-do-list tool called teamwork.

· You will also help to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) documents to standardize common tasks.

· Your role will also involve quality assurance, to make sure tasks are completed according to our standards.

· The ideal person for this job would be someone who has managed a coffee shop or other high pressure / fast paced work environment.

· You will often interact with our team and occasionally you may interact with clients, so people skills are necessary.

Looking at our weekly report, we count the percentage of clients that are trending UP (in terms of website traffic from Google and Google search rankings) out of the total number of clients in the report.

This percentage should be as high as possible, at least 80% to pass this KPI.Why is it important?

Our services are intended to create value for our clients.

If this does not happen, our clients will cancel services.

We need to ensure client projects are improving consistently.

If client health is low, it means we're doing something wrong: we may be inefficient in how we do something, we may be using the wrong strategy for our client, or any number of other things.

Low health is usually a symptom of something else going wrong in our operations.

Any client with low health requires further follow up and investigation to turn things around.
