The Opportunity
The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Creative team for our rapidly growing organization. This role is responsible for high-quality designs that strive to inspire and attract customer clients through their designs while understanding and adhering to our client’s individual branding. The right individual will bring a highly technical and disciplined work style, combined with their graphic design and creative expertise to proactively position our clients to represent their brands in a professional and creative way.
You are an analytical, creative, and technical-focused graphic designer with a background in delivering successful and eye-catching designs for clients. You are disciplined and detail-oriented, you enjoy producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. You pride yourself on producing consistent error-free work and can deliver quality work on a consistent basis. You enjoy professional, stable, and... collaborative relationships with members of your team, as they can count on you.
The Work Itself
- Partner with the digital marketing team to design and develop high-quality designs for our clients
- Track design queue and deliver products on time
- Create compelling content with a strong focus on User Acquisition ads and campaigns
- Work on a variety of products including display ads, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails
The Skills and Experience You Bring
- Fundamental design skills including knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory
- Ability to provide multiple creative solutions to a problem
- 2+ years of agency experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and XD
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team
