CIC is looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing team of marketing professionals, copywriters, and strategists in developing comprehensive marketing campaign visual materials for various markets globally.

Working closely with the Global Marketing Director and Marketing team, you would be responsible for ideating, creating, and collaborating with team members to present effective campaigns. From brand identity and web presence to media and end user materials, you will grow brand awareness through compelling visual materials.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

You will join our CIC's growing marketing team to ensure CIC's visual identity supports the global growth and expansion of our products and services. The work will focus on external materials branded in recognizable and easily digestible ways, and internal support materials to support clients and staff. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with external creative agencies and other CIC teams, such as local CIC centers' events and relationship management teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • In collaboration with the Manager, planning and developing all necessary graphic communication materials for marketing assets (physical and digital), supporting the creation of social media assets.
  • Designing, reviewing and overseeing communications around materials being created from the visual and graphic perspective.
  • Creating a variety of deck templates and appealing marketing materials as needed by CIC teams.
  • Support the strengthening of consumer brand awareness through compelling graphic storytelling.
  • Project managing production plans and timelines for all visual projects - digital and print.
  • Managing and mentoring the Social Media Coordinator with regards to all visual graphics.
  • Managing and mentoring a junior graphic designer as the team expands.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate is a service-minded individual who is reliable, clever, and able to work independently. As CIC responds and grows with the shifting realities of the pandemic, you will demonstrate poise, flexibility, and acuity to make week to week adjustments. You are experienced with creative direction, art direction, and graphic storytelling all in the service of graphic design development and production.

More specifically, as our ideal candidate, you:

  • Have strong visual as well as written and verbal communication.
  • Work well in a highly collaborative environment and team.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • Are well versed with translating concepts and ideas into easily digestible visual formats.

YOU HAVE

  • At least 10 years of professional experience.
  • Exquisite design sensibilities both in graphic and digital design. (Dev experience is a plus.)
  • Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of printing. Experience with photography and illustration (a plus).
  • A high level of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite tools and squarespace, animation and other digital platforms (a plus).
  • Experience working in any of these fields: hospitality, entertainment, retail, or real estate. Start-up-to-growth organizations (a plus and not required).
