Our client is seeking a highly organized critical thinker to join the team as a Client Success Coordinator. The Client Success Coordinator will assist with a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency’s day-to-day operational and administrative functions with the overarching responsibility of ensuring that our clients feel supported and cared for. The Client Success Coordinator will report directly to our leadership and will work alongside other key players in the business including the marketing team, sales team, and virtual assistants. The person in this role will have the important responsibility of owning our client onboarding process and act as the first point of contact for all client-related queries to ensure that we continue to scale effectively and efficiently.

On a typical day, the Client Success Coordinator will be... responsible for scheduling calls, streamlining client communication, and managing the onboarding of all of our new clients. Your role is key to ensuring that our clients get the support, care, make sure they are feeling good about what they’re doing on a regular business, and guidance they need to maintain their campaigns. Our dedicated Client Success Rockstar will also count on your creativity and foresight to spot opportunities for improvement and further growth. You will provide an organized and systematized working environment, including organizing, building out email templates, and owning the client-facing role to allow the Co-Founders to function within their zone of genius.

This is truly a cross-functional role that will have a lot of autonomy, so we are looking to add someone onto the team who is a free thinker, a champion for clients, and wants to make this role their own. The ideal candidate for this role is someone that has experience in working with SEO and is tech-savvy that can also find the best solutions to interesting problems while anticipating the problems we don’t yet see coming.

Responsibilities:

Client Success:

  • Be the go-to person for client queries and resolve all requests in a timely manner or escalate tasks to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Onboard new clients and maintain consistent communication so that they feel valued and attended to throughout the service
  • Implement a streamlined method of client communication
  • Improve current systems and processes for account management

Team:

  • Work with the team to delegate responsibilities
  • Attend daily meetings and keep the team informed on any client updates or proactively inform clients of pertinent information
  • Process Improvement: *
  • Evaluate the current needs for account management processes
  • Proactively contribute ideas that will improve client experience and team function

Must Have:

  • 2+ years experience in a support role
  • Experience with SEO’s and tech-savvy
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions
  • Strong leadership ability with a focus on accountability and proactivity
  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
  • Proven experience with client-facing roles
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to put people at ease and engage with people across all areas and levels of the business
