About the role:
LumApps is seeking a Partner Account Executive - Microsoft to develop and maintain key relationships to drive partner growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a self starter who thrives in a collaborative environment where they are able to work cross-functionally with... both internal and external partners. Our ideal candidate has more than 5 years of experience with Channel Management and has a breadth of knowledge of the large software editor ecosystem.
What you will do:
Monitor and lead sourcing activities with key Resellers and Service Partners in the United States and Canada
Source and engage new partnerships according to the strategy of the company/product
Build connections with LumApps’ sales teams and help generate pipeline from partner sourcing
Execute the global partnership strategy and the action plans defined by the Strategic Partnerships Director and the VP of Channel:
Go to Market strategies
Coordinate training activities
Coordinate marketing activities
Compliance of the partners with LumApps partnership requirements policies (in terms of certification…)
As part of your activity, the Partner Account Executive will:
Organize frequent pipe reviews with partners
Build and organize partners’ QBRs
Implement the sales and technical certification of partners at the local level
Propose new forms of partnership to increase lead generation
Identify, Recruit, and On-board new partners from the Microsoft ecosystem
Contribute to partner marketing efforts with the help of Partner Marketing Managers for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (lunch-n-learns, seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows)
What we are looking for:
5+ Years of experience with Channel Management in North America
Knowledge of the large software editor ecosystem, Microsoft reseller preferred
Ability to craft, develop and adapt the global channel strategy in a territory
Data driven to meet quarterly sales quota
Customer service oriented - your partners will be your customers
Ability to build growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop channel sales staff
Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship
Ability to travel within the United States more than 25% of the time
