ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Manager of Channel Marketing has four distinct functions: 1) You will lead the team of managing day to day operations and overall production of all owned marketing channels such as; Email, Onsite, Mobile Push, In-App Messaging, including flawless execution setup for lifecycle and monetization marketing campaigns and experimentation and monitoring deliverability within each channel, 2) You will lead the implementation of new owned marketing channels; some examples include; Web Push, SMS, Intercom, etc 3) You will enhance and implement processes and workflows that support the project management for the team, and 4) You will be the main business stakeholder for cross-functional platform buildout with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our systems are set up correctly for a seamless cross-channel experience in all owned marketing channels to Udemy’s students and instructors

You have a bias for action, you can work technically with CRM marketing tools... to provide only the best customer experiences across all owned marketing channels, and work seamlessly with stakeholders across marketing, product, data science, and engineering teams.
