About the Global Web Manager position at Showpad
As the Global Web manager you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring engaging experiences for our prospects across multiple platforms. This role will create and execute a strategic UX vision that contributes toward tactical plans to meeting the organization's goals. The person in this role will have a strong command of UX principles, design tools, and modern web development trends.
Key Responsibilities as a Global Web Manager at Showpad
Provide vision, direction, and leadership on the user experience
Create, manage, and drive key performance metrics
Understanding of the relationship between design, UX and Google
Collaborate with SEO and Digital team to identify requirements as it relates to deploying and publishing content
Work with creative teams and designers to ensure Web best practices are followed
Able to lead website improvement efforts and/or website redesign
Serves as a business partner and provided counsel to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives
5+ years of experience in the UX field or equivalent work experience
Advanced knowledge of design tools, and modern web development trends
Experience with web design’s impact on SEO
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS. Strong knowledge of user experience (UX), visual design and user testing strategies and techniques
Comfortable multitasking and able to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines
Working knowledge of UX methodologies to gather and refine customer requirements, evaluate draft/prototype solutions, and validate UX products
Experience with user testing, gathering customer requirements and making recommendations on usability principles
Familiar with content strategy and customer buying journey phase and some experience with customer journey mapping
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize, strong project management, organizational skills and process management
Proactive, self-motivated and takes initiative
Outstanding team player and ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally as well as independently in fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
