Ruby on Rails Developer

Your history looks like…

• 2 years of production software development experience with Ruby and modern tools, like Stimulus, React, AWS, etc.
• 2 years production experience with multiple databases and query structures, like PostgreSQL, MongoDB... GraphQL, etc.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience writing unit and integration specs with RSpec
• Professional competency with Git and GitHub pull requests
• A willingness to learn new technologies, learn new ways of working, and adjust to changes quickly

This is a full-time, fully remote position. We're based in the Denver, CO area, but you can work from anywhere. We simply require that you are alert and attentive to clients and coworkers in US timezones, maintain a healthy Internet connection on your own, are authorized to work in the US, and collaborate with our team as you work.

We are an early-stage, small business and do not offer health insurance at this time. However, we're working on it along with a 401k and wellness program.

There are no set limits on total days off so long as you plan them ahead with the team, keep a reliable calendar, prove yourself to be a good team member, and meet client expectations.
