Successful candidates will have:Significant experience advising on a range of compliance issues, regulations, and industry standards with a focus on privacy, consumer... protection, and intellectual property.Experience reviewing products, features, and initiatives to provide advice consistent with legal obligations in multiple jurisdictions.Ability to draft and manage the implementation of consumer disclosures, FAQs, terms of use, privacy policy.Understanding of related privacy and data security issuesExperience working cross-functionally with business unitsLicense, in good standing, to practice law in any U.S. jurisdictionIf this sounds like you, please submit your resume.
