We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a

remote Clinical Support Service Specialist

. The Clinical Support Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the Client Services, Physician Recruitment and Physician Leadership teams focusing on the Onboarding Process of New Providers as well as employee changes for Existing Providers.

Responsibilities

Follow standardized workflow policies and procedures for the Physician Onboarding Process and serves as the primary contact for the initiation of several processes to ensure a smooth Onboarding process including cross credentialing process of Existing Providers

Initiate physician employment contracts which includes ensuring contracts are in-line with pre-approved compensation grids.

Prepare various contracts, amendments, addenda, memoranda and other legal documents utilizing pre-established contract templates along with job offer document to create contract utilizing legal resources and knowledge of general legal terminology to update contracts with variations as required.

Provide clarification and guidance on policies inquiries from internal departments; policies can include, but not limited to Compliance, Credentialing, Licensing, Employee Handbook and other HR policies, as well as Legal guidelines.

Liaison between Provider, Practice Manager, Credentialing, Legal, Provider Enrollment, HR, IT, Payroll, Recruitment and Executives for Physician new hires and existing physician to find answers to varying questions/inquiries and follows-up by relaying answers or clarifying information back to the person who initiated inquiry.

Serves as direct contact with New/Existing Providers throughout the Onboarding process answering any questions or concerns regarding contracts and HR and pay related inquiries.

Responsible for constant follow-up to verify Central Services and Practice Managers are consistently updating Provider start dates, status changes, etc., and reporting to various departments of the changes

Track and capture trending data throughout the Onboarding process to create reports for corporate displays

Submit job requisitions to ensure requests are approved and delivered to appropriate recruiting areas

Review contracts for any deviations to ensure the timely payment of bonuses, salary increases, etc.; enters pertinent pay and dates into Central Services calendar

Partner with other departments to facilitate start-ups and acquisitions

Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with no experience necessary; general business experience preferred.

Strong ability to understand of legal terminology and employment contracts

Knowledgeable of Kronos time-clock facilities and the rules associated with each location; familiar with the Provider status associated with the rules

Strong communicator and works well in an internal and external team environment

Ability to meet established production and quality goals/metrics

Ability to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis in a very fast-paced and changing environment

Demonstrates attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of documentation within the Onboarding process

Microsoft Office Suite

Internet savvy and strong research capabilities
