TTF is growing and looking for a motivated and talented professional to join our company. Based in Phoenix, TTF places candidates into the healthcare and medical industry nationwide. This position is full-time and offers a base salary and lucrative commission plan, along with good benefits and a fast-paced but fun environment.

Qualified candidates must have experience in one of the two following areas:

  1. Previous recruiting and staffing experience in the healthcare industry with specific knowledge and experience placing Medical Billers, Medical Collectors, Medical Assistants, and non-clinical healthcare professionals. With this experience, the position can be 100% remote anywhere in the United States.
  2. Previous experience working in healthcare as a CSR, Medical Biller, Medical Collector, or any position in healthcare that involves heavy phone activity. This position would require on-site training for a minimum of 90 days in our North Phoenix location and then could transition into... a remote role.

  • Ensure superior staffing service to clients
  • Serving as a business partner to hiring managers for developing staffing strategies, and understanding staffing levels and requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external staffing audit requirements
  • Recruiting best practices and familiarity of the staffing industry
  • Assess candidates fit to role
  • Ensure candidates are immediately processed
  • Communicate candidates' qualifications to customers
  • Reach out to and recruit candidates
  • Maintaining a positive and successful relationship with customers in solving staffing situations

  • Serve as a staffing resource for hard to fill positions in field locations
  • Provide limited or routine answers to customers and applicants on staffing process
  • Elevating the effectiveness of co-worker scheduling and staffing within the ministry
  • Provide direction, training, development and motivation to the staffing managers
  • Coordinating staffing strategies and processes for various scientific and non-scientific groups
  • Explore various tools to recruit qualified candidates
  • Explore various tools to recruit quality candidates
  • Recruiting and placing candidates to corporate clients
