Remote Sales Recruiter/ Sourcer

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employee

Our company is growing and we need your help! We have been hiring hundreds of new employees every year and we expect to continue growing at a similar rate. In order to sustain this growth, we need additional recruiters on the team.

We are currently adding a recruiter to target experienced sales candidates. You will be responsible for identifying key players within the industry and building relationships with them. The position is primarily outbound and requires someone that is proactive with networking, cold calling and, relationship building. It is a high-profile position and will give you the opportunity to partner with top executives in the company.

What does it take to be successful in this role? You will need to be an out-of-the-box thinker that is capable of producing innovative ways to attract top-tier talent. You will be communicating with a wide variety... of people every day, from executives and managers to applicants and new employees. There will be a strong emphasis on building talent pipelines.

Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience in a sourcing and/or recruiting role and a proven track record of success with sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
