Who we are looking for
As part of a passionate and driven Curriculum Development Team, you will make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of Esme Learning.
You will collaborate with faculty members, program directors, and Esme Learning staff to develop courses that deliver on the vision of partner... institutions. You will help to create in-depth original writing on technical and business subjects, infographics, video scripts, formative and summative assessments, and interactive exercises. You will work closely with producers on high-quality videos and audios that support the curriculum. Through collaboration, you will help drive constant improvement in course standards and learning design.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop course content for multiple, simultaneous courses, from planning stages through course delivery.
- Work with sponsoring faculty and the Esme team to identify curriculum needs for new projects and conduct research to identify appropriate resources.
- Create detailed course plans that identify needs for written content, videos, activities, and assessments, aligned with measurable learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with SMEs, video producers, and others to develop research-based lessons.
- Manage course testing and review activities.
- Positively respond to feedback, peer reviews, and editorial work, and contribute the same for other projects.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to identify opportunities to improve learners’ experiences.
- Exceed learner satisfaction goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

- B.A. degree, Masters a plus
- 3+ years of experience creating original, complex, and in-depth written and visual content in an adult learning context
- Ability to research, critically think about and analyze complex technical and business issues
- Exceptional educational content samples.
- Experience working in executive education and knowledge of the audience
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
