The PICS ITech Account Manager creates and builds long lasting relationships with businesses and is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing technology adoption within our existing client base.

You will work with our team in Mt. Holly, NJ and remotely with our clients.

Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for all client account management matters

Responsible for client communications, customer success, and revenue

Understands the company’s capabilities and communicates all offerings to the client

Works closely with the service delivery team on client upsell opportunities

Manages the client upsell sales process and follows up with customer in a timely matter

Uses CRM daily to forecast revenue, quote opportunities, manage sales activities, and all other communication

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Competencies & Experience:
2 – 5 years in an Account Management Role

Prior experience in managed IT services, cloud, virtualization, networking and/or computers

High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building

Ability to work in a very fast-paced sales environment

Demonstrates excellent time-management, strong problem solving, and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines; strong sense of urgency

Proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools (Connectwise and Hubspot experience a plus)

Full-time, Salary + Commission
