Job SummaryThe Department of Why (i.e. The Marketing team) at Direct Technology is excited to welcome an experienced Growth Marketer to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, ABM, and brand growth through content storytelling within our portfolio of brands.

The type of work you would perform includes developing impactful new business lead generation tactics and marketing initiatives for clients on the bleeding edge of tech staffing and consulting.

In this role, you will directly partner with key stakeholders and our dynamic marketing team on initiatives that measurably catalyze new business.

You’ll use your powers of influence to drive growth and optimize lifecycle marketing while remaining adaptive to quickly changing environments.

The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager (Denver-based) and is 100% remote optional, with offices in Bellevue, WA and Roseville, CA.This role is responsible for:Demand Generation activities to prospects in all marketsDevelop and execute account-focused campaigns including but not limited to: e-mail, digital nurture marketing, advertising, and experience marketing, with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating revenue.

Track and optimize efforts based on campaign results (i.e. email/social campaign performance, lead gen activity, and brand reputation metrics) in collaboration with the marketing analytics associate.

Optimize marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for key audiences to meet goals.

Research, pitch, and execute on new growth marketing opportunities and strategies.

Establish repeatable growth marketing best practices for team members to apply across several brands.

Audience/Channel marketing & sales supportIdentify audience-specific opportunities and develop journey maps, personas, and communication strategy.

Manage and execute content storytelling through digital channels, marketing calendars, and ABM campaigns.

Be a SME for stakeholders and leadership, developing and implementing recommendations that improve brand awareness, sales, and customer experience.

Assist sales and marketing teams with copywriting, proofreading, formatting.

REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of success in a growth marketing role, with competencies in analytics, advertising, and demand generation.

Preference given to those with experience in staffing, tech, business ops, or engineering industries.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns.

Highly organized, you are comfortable PMing projects and campaigns from start to finish.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

Excellent written, verbal communication/presentation skill.

Ability to focus on and meet key deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Executive presence: confidence and poise with senior level stakeholders.

Comfortable with technical service offerings.

BA/BS in Marketing or related field, or commensurate experience.
