YPrime is looking to add an inside sales professional to our growing Commercial team in the role of Manager, Client Engagement. In this role, you’ll be responsible for hunting for new opportunities within the biopharma market. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the UK for this position.

At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

  • Experience in the eClinical technology industry – specifically with either eCOA or IRT (either in business development, Project Management, or operations)

  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of or selling into the eCOA, IRT, or the Clinical Trial space is a strong plus

Here are some more details about the job:

  • You’ll hunt for new opportunities within the biopharma market by utilizing multiple sources, such as Prospects in the CRM, LinkedIn, ChilicalTrials.gov, and any other available resource to generate net new business
  • You'll become an expert on the market, understanding evolving customer needs and positioning YPrime products and services appropriately
  • You'll maintain Activity Levels and Sales Objectives defined by Management
  • You'll generate meetings and qualify leads in target markets through appropriate means to increase deals, add to pipeline growth, and convert to closed/won sales (by cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, social media outreach, Tradeshow outreach, etc)
  • You'll provide proper handoffs of qualified leads to Directors and VP’s of Strategic Solutions, with the goal of setting meetings, generating RFI’s & RFP’s, ultimately winning sales
  • You'll work closely and strategically with corresponding Director or Vice President of Strategic Solutions, with the goal of covering each territory
  • You'll actively follow up on aging/stagnant leads and opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycle
  • You'll provide an exceptional customer experience through all phases of the Inside Sales process
  • You'll develop trusted relationships with prospective customers
  • You'll proactively provide qualitative feedback to Marketing, Product Development, etc.
  • You'll consistently document activity and provide thorough notes in the CRM, and any other Sales or Marketing reporting mechanisms
  • You'll maintain and expand database of contacts and prospects
  • You'll collaborate with other functional areas to progress prospects, which includes but not limited to, corresponding and partnering with Directors & VPs of Strategic Solutions, as well as the Global Head of Client Engagement
  • You'll strategize with the Strategic Solutions team as prospects progress, providing support and feedback
  • You'll attend meetings, strategize on accounts, and provide feedback to the Global Head of Client Engagement
  • You'll maintain rules of engagement, complete all required SOPs, and adhere to all company directives
  • You'll do other related duties, as assigned
