Virtual Assistant

Left Main REI is a rapidly growing software company that is seeking a Virtual Assistant who will contribute to an exciting, fun, and competitive atmosphere; preferably someone who has previous experience providing administrative support to C-level executives and has experience working remotely!

As the Virtual Assistant, you'll be reporting to the COO with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and drafting correspondence. This role is designed to lighten the load, so quick learning is essential!

Compensation $40,000/Annual + Benefits... Insurance, Paid Vacation & Retirement Plan

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the COO
• Supporting the CEO and COO with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and drafting correspondence

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support to C-level executives
• Experience working remotely
• Experience working in a startup and SaaS environment is highly desirable
• Impeccable writing and issue-spotting skills, with great attention to detail
• Must be an expert loop-closer
• Must be a quick learner
• Must know how to manage up and bring out the best in yourself as an employee
