The virtual assistant will fill the role of personal administrative assistant to the 3 owners of a 9 company multi-business hospitality brand that presently includes a manufacturing company, 2 restaurants, a upscale members only lounge with a culinary and entertainment aspect, a boutique medispa, a boutique hotel, an event venue, and event catering. The owners are very dynamic, vibrant, positive ladies who have built an ever-growing hospitality brand that includes the above as well a strong print media, social media and over-growing television and film presence. They need a strong, dynamic, super positive, super organized, super-communicator who can help them with a broad array of administrative tasks with different levels of urgency.


Key Responsibilities and Brief Description of Duties

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration Procedures

Responsibility for providing, developing and... maintaining efficient and confidential administrative support to the 3 owners of the multi-business brand. This position operates with a high degree of independence and performing the duties of the position while maintaining open communication with all 3 owners of the business and communicating with all members of the leadership team as directed

o Ensure assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions

o Maintenance of a master administrative checklist and ensuring all information is recorded, updated and accurate at all times on this checklist as well as giving daily updates of the checklist to all 3 owners

o Preparation of timely and accurate presentations and reports using Microsoft office applications including word PowerPoint and Excel

  • Marketing

o Assisting the Marketing Director with management of social media accounts and platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram

o Assisting with preparation of graphics and other print work for marketing campaigns

o Basic website maintenance and blog management

o Preparation of monthly newsletter
