Full Stack Engineer / React + Node

Job Description

A remote fintech company is looking for mid-level full stack engineers to build greenfield React applications for their new debt-settlement platform. You would be working with a team of 4 engineers on 2-week sprints for various clients. You will be doing greenfield development and be involved in architectural discussions with Lead and Senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience with JavaScript and React. The candidate should also be strong on the back end with Node. Experience with developing and deploying RESTful APIs with Node is required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience with JavaScript and React
• 3-4 years of experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs in Node
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Professional experience with Typescript
• Experience developing in an AWS Cloud... environment
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
